Ratemizer™ notices any errors and alerts of any overcharges – and ensures that those errors are also credited in your next invoice.

Whatever the actual figure for your organization is, Alekstra’s Intelligent Phone Bill makes sure that this discrepancy will be zero going forward.
Alekstra’s Ratemizer can also analyze phone bills going back in history. Hence, even old, previously undetected overcharges can be raised to light and corrected. Largest operator overcharge that the Ratemizer™ found at one of Alekstra’s customer organizations amounted to almost €700.000 accumulated over a five-year period.
Ratemizer™ takes in the operator’s billing data and analyzes what unit costs have been used to create the phone bill. The entire phone bill is regenerated from scratch using the customer organization’s operator agreement price data and operator billing data as inputs.
The regenerated phone bill is compared line-by-line against the operator phone bill. Any discrepancies alert Alekstra’s business analyst, who analyzes the source of the discrepancy, and makes sure that Alekstra’s Intelligent Phone Bill is always correct. If the situation gives indication of repeating errors, also historic phone bills are analyzed.
Any found errors are discussed with the operator and corrected. Overcharges are credited back to the customer.
