After the end-user has selected the appropriate device and service plan from the catalog, Ratemizer™ provides a quick and easy-to-use ordering portal. The portal pre-populates many of the ordering fields for each end-user. In addition, for the fields where a selection is required, the available options appear as a pre-populated drop-down menu. This means the end-user only needs to make a selection from a list of refined options that Ratemizer™ has already confirmed are suitable for their usage. This ensures the end-user is able to complete the process quickly and efficiently, and is always able to select what is right for them (based on your organization’s predetermined guidelines).

The portal encompasses catalogs, structured work flows and authorizations that are tailored to your existing procurement practices, avoiding duplication errors in the ordering process. Logistics are handled by UPS, guaranteeing same-day deliver for orders in many cases.
