Alekstra is expanding quickly and need to make significant additions to our US team to support this growth. We are looking for a proven team-player who can assume the following role:
Business Development Manager (BDM) acts as the right hand of the CEO. The role requires participation and strong contribution to business analytics, strategy, planning and execution. Although BDM is supporting role to CEO and tasks and activities are performed under management and supervision of the CEO the individual is expected to be capable to work individually sometimes with minimum prior information about the task at hand. Due to the nature of work an ideal candidate has strong sense of responsibility over his/her responsibilities and tasks with performance oriented attitude. High tolerance of ambiguity in continuously changing environment is a must to succeed in this role. The perfect candidate does not require prior experience from similar roles but the right attitude and sufficient theoretical skills. This highly demanding role requires ability to filter essential information from vast quantities of data, communication skills and social intelligence to cooperate successfully with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
This role does not require formal degree in any special area of science but most likely the prefect candidate has one or will have one in next one to two years. We are looking for a brilliant talent that is eager to learn and grow together with this role and will be willing to sacrifice a lot of leisure time to just get things done when they need to be done. We are seeking foremost the right attitude and personality and only secondarily someone with the perfect curriculum with previous track record.

Have you got what it takes to take old fashion marketing activities into era of social media? Alekstra is seeking to hire marketing assistant to utilize modern tools on Internet to support sales process. You need to possess strong communication skills and deep know-how how to utilize various social media tools to help our client responsible individuals to sell more efficiently and keep in touch with their contacts. Other responsibilities include arranging client meetings and facilitating events and seminars.

Client Executive drives the sales process independently and collaborates with other sales reps and rest of Alekstra’s organization to ensure the success of the company. Client Executive’s role will require close working relationships with sales team, managing director of Alekstra Finland, production, marketing and all the other key executives in the company.
Key responsibilities
Drives new customer acquisition independently
• Target identification
• Contact
• Driving sales process in a timely and fast-paced fashion
• Offer, negotiations, and closing of deal
• Ensuring quick implementation of customer
Takes care of acquired customers
• Quarterly follow-up meetings
• Driving actions based on follow-up meetings
• Other relationship management
Collaborates with rest of Alekstra’s sales team to help others succeed in their sales efforts and with Alekstra’s Production and R&D to ensure smooth production process and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with Alekstra’s Marketing with ideas for better and more effective promotion of Alekstra’s services, and as a resource in Marketing –supported sales activities
